Multiplatform FFXIII Not as Good as it Could Have Been?

"The screenshot on the left is from when FFXIII was a PS3 exclusive. The pic on the right is its current multiplatform state. Will PlayStation 3 users be getting a lower quality version of FFXIII due to Square Enix’s greedy ways?
