On the surface, the story appears quite simple. You are a chainsaw-wielding contestant in Death Watch, a brutal game show in which only the most depraved survive. However, the story is surprisingly deep and actually quite good. Players learn that a malignant virus has been unleashed upon Jefferson Island, with the cure being offered as a Death Watch prize.
