IGN: Resident Evil 5: Hil’s Take
Apparently it’s fun to shoot things. As a longtime fan of the Resident Evil series, I’ve been looking forward to RE5 since its announcement way back in 2005. So when I got a retail copy of Resident Evil 5, I locked myself in a room, stayed up way too late every night for a week, and managed to finish the game three times. With a full beard and an empty belly, I came out of my gaming cave and checked IGN for the first time in days. Turns out Ryan Geddes beat me to the punch and has already reviewed RE5. Son of a bitch. But I figure since I’ve put in so many hours, I’ll give you my take on the game anyway.
