IBM Unveils World’s Fastest eDRAM

At the International Solid State Circuits Conference (ISSCC), IBM has revealed a first-of-its-kind, on-chip memory technology that features the fastest access times ever recorded in eDRAM. IBM currently makes chips for all three major console manufactures Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
