This game significantly extends Outriders, a high-intensity looter shooter where survival requires violence. It is developed by People Can Fly, also known for Gears of War: Judgment and Bulletstorm, in collaboration with Square Enix External Studios, the team behind Sleeping Dogs and Just Cause.
