A well known data-miner named OatmealDome on Twitter has released information that a NintendoSDKPLugin.dll file has been found in the source code of Fall Guys for Steam. This is big news for Nintendo Switch players as this means that the Fall Guys Unity project indeed has support for the Nintendo Switch.
