DBPG: Resident Evil 2 Remake Review (XboxONE)

The original Resident Evil remake was one of the most important remakes of all time.  Not only did it retell a classic story for a new generation, but it also drastically improved the original game in almost every way. Capcom looks to do it again with the remake of Resident Evil 2, widely considered to be one of the best in the series. Did they strike gold again? Does this live up to the legacy of the original? Most importantly, what beer pairs with it?
