What would the gaming scene look like without Grand Theft Auto?, it's hard to imagine, especially with GTA being one of the most iconic and controversial gaming series of all time, I'm sure you’d be hard-pressed to find a game franchise that is more popular and controversial on a mainstream level.

The gaming series has been around since the late 90s, and it incorporates over a dozen games to date. In this article, we’ll be listing all the GTA games ever made in the chronological order of their release, split across the three existing canonical universes plus a couple of fun facts about each game.
