Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts hands-on preview at GameBrit.com

Chances are if you’ve clicked on this hand-on preview you’ve probably played the original Banjo Kazooie; chances are equally high you felt a bit miffed or even plainly outraged when this new sequel was first revealed. Now I was one of those who had played and loved the N64 classic and I have to admit to being more than a little cynical about the direction Rare were taking such a treasured franchise with Nuts & Bolts. How could they strip Banjo of his beloved platforms? Why did all the characters have to have a make over? Surely it’s just been mangled into a crappy racing game? I was really hoping to have some of these fears dispelled with a few hours on the near-finished game. And I didn’t leave disappointed…
