A Terrible XBL Story

For the first time, I used my debit card to purchase the 7.99 xbox live gold membership. As I didn’t know, I had owed money to the bank. MS wasnt able to get any money from me, though I was still able to play online for that month. Then the next month came up, and I noticed I could still be able to play online. I did recieve the message again, they had problems getting money from my card. My intention, was for only 1 month, but they charged me another month. I guess it is automatically to charge month per month if you chose the 7.99, which is the only option. What I don’t understand, is why would you charge me again for the next month, if the first month you didn’t get my money? Then I logged on the 360, and see if I could cancel the membership, and there isnt a way to let me cancel the membership. So, now I owe about 16 dollars. I called the MS customer service, and they said they could cancel once I pay off the 16 dollars. I said, I don’t want to pay for other months, I actually just wanted 1 month. They said NO. Then they said to try to talk to the billing department, and I did. Then they made the deal with me, they canceld the membership, but I would have to pay them back in over 80 days (16$). If I didn’t, I would be violating the collecters department rules. (which I guess, they may just ban me, or maybe press a charge on me, its called larceny right?) I have a PS3, and thank god I don’t have to deal with this problem to play online.
