Out today and published by Team 17, Overcooked is a chaotic couch co-op cooking game for up to four players. Working as a team, you and your fellow chefs must prepare, cook and serve up a variety of orders before your customers leave in a huff. There is a story, of sorts, and points go to developer Ghost Town Games for turning cooking into an activity that can defeat the ancient edible evil that's threatening the Onion Kingdom (I bet it's mushrooms. Those things are disgusting. No-one likes them.) Overcooked is single player or local co-op play only (we'd love to see online as an option but its omission is completely understandable – the servers for many an indie title are empty wastelands just days after launch). Players can play in co-op or competitive challenge modes, cooking a range of different dishes and working together become the most effective cooking combination. Each level brings a new challenge; start off easy with a simple tutorial and a couple of easy recipes to complete
