Firmware Update en Route

Yes folks, another firmware update is coming.We’re estimating early October, or it could even possibly hit on the release day of the Headset. Take this information with a few grains of salt, as nothing is 100% official or confirmed. However the firmware update will be needed to be released for this headset, and thus we come to this conclusion that we will need to download this new update before October 14th.

With this next update, not only will it bring the PS Headset integration, but could potentially hold a rumored feature that was in a hot topic of discussion a week back, and that was being able to take screenshots directly from the XMB. It can also be for some of the PSP/PS3/PSN connectivity updates that Sony is planning on doing.
