Making Fallout 4 Survival Mode More Realistic

Fallout 4 Survival Mode is pretty realistic already, but what if you could do more. What if you could add even more things to Survival mode to make it even more realistic. What would you add, and would they make the game better if you did? Well, this is my short list.
