‘Osomatsu-san’ getting new manga series

With the revival of Osomatsu-san as an anime series, you couldn’t be sure if the manga would get a revival since original creator Fujio Akatsuka passed away back in 2008 at the age of 72. Would there be a manga creator that would want to step up to carrying on with his work in the same medium? The answer is apparently yes as the josei magazine YOU has revealed that Masako Shitara is going to tackle the property with the January 15th installment of the magazine. The new work is not an adaptation of the anime but is its own work.
