mario book spotted on amazon with november release date

A weird book was spotted on amazon France. It has the bible in the title which makes me think it is related to hyrule historia, the one thing that bugs me though is that is has the 25th anniversary in the title if it coming out in November then wouldn't it be the 30th, and it is getting sold by Amazon for 40 euros.what do you think it is.
