Catch Pokemon in real life?

It looks like we are getting a brand new Pokemon game. The trailer suggests it be a mobile phone application (Android and IOS), good news for those of you who do not own one of the newer Nintendo consoles. This looks like a great entry for Pokemon into the ever growing mobile application market, I can see a lot of people playing this both young and old.
