A Walk in the Woods is an enjoyable backpacking comedy while Redford and Nolte share a great chemistry that fuels some genuinely funny moments. The scenery is stunning with a great soundtrack with solid performances from Thompson and Steenburgen. Though it lacks teeth and is little more meandering, you could certainly do a lot worse than A Walk in the Woods. This month. Take my advice and as the strap line says, "Take a hike."
