The One Thing Borderlands 3 NEEDS to Have

Borderlands 3 is definitely in development, nothing has been confirmed officially, but Gearbox aren’t going to give up on one of their best new IPs from the last generation. So assuming it is in development (which it is!), what does this game need to do that it’s predecessors have failed to do?
