Phantom has snuck his way into Dirty Bomb

The latest merc, Phantom, has now joined the Dirty Bomb character roster. Phantom is a sneaky assassin who wields a katana and utilizes reflective armor. Phantom’s default inventory will include the Blishlok submachine gun which is great for close range combat, the Smijuth & Whetsman .40 heavy pistol, and of course his trusty katana.
