Zelda’s Adventure – Philips CD-i

Some background:

The CD-i had evolved from what was originally going to become the Super Nintendo CD add-on. Nintendo had partnered with Philips after breaking their partnership with Sony to make the infamous cd unit. Sony's SNES CD system eventually became the Sony PlayStation and Philips' unit became the CD-i after the project was ultimately scrapped.
