Gamespot collapses under E3 traffic load

Gamespot.com fell over shortly before the Microsoft press conference and was still offline 30 minutes following it’s completion. This will not have pleased many premium subscribers who would have paid a subscription to watch a higher quality feed and allow access to the chat room. Elsewhere G4TV.com also struggled with a choppy live feed. Of the big sites only IGN seemed to cope well.
