Second Life Gets Oculus Rift DK2 Support

VRFocus – Throughout 2014 popular social platform Second Life has become closely associated with the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD). In May developer Linden Lab integrated support for the device’s first development kit (DK1) through a ‘Project Viewer’ that allows players to use the Oculus Rift with all aspects of Second Life. This week sees the team finally add support for the HMD’s second development kit (DK2).
