Destiny Servers Down Again, Lizard Squad To Blame?

The Destiny servers are down again. Last week an attack by Lizard Squad who has been known to bring down servers with DDOS attacks took down the Destiny servers. A few minutes ago servers for Destiny have gone down again. Lizard Squads Twitter account posted a comment right when servers went down. The tweet is rather vague and could just be them commenting on the situation or it could be alluding to there hand in the server outage.
