Twitch to be acquired by Google’s YouTube

Pixelattacks.com: "It appears Google’s YouTube division is to acquire social gaming stream service Twitch for $1bn in an all-cash deal."

WSJ reckons the deal is still being negotiated while Variety thinks it's a done-deal, all while an old DailyDot quote reveals what the Twitch CEO really thinks.
