It “won’t be long” before Landmark gets PvP
GR-UK writes: Landmark's director of development David Georgeson confirmed that PvP was coming to the MMO soon.
"Right now we very much satisfy explorers, crafters and creators," Georgeson told us. "Those groups of people are well catered for right now. But as we add in risk and combat, and more of the depth and stuff to the worlds, we start to embrace more and more kinds of players."
He continued, confirming that the anticipated PvP features are on the way: "It won't be long before we have PvP, and it's just not normal PvP. It's like – well, I don't want to get too far ahead of myself – but you can imagine our sandbox toolkit approach to the world, also applied to PvP in a fully destructible world, go ahead and just let your imagination just go."
