Oculus Rift vs Sony Project Morpheus

For over a year now, the Oculus Rift seemed that it would take the whole cake and dominate the industry as the technology of choice for virtual reality 3D glasses, that was until Sony threw a curve ball last week with the announcement of their own 3D glasses called Project Morpheus, designed to bring 3D surround vision to the Playstation 4 platform.
