How easy it is to get banned at Gametrailers

I asked a Gametrailers admin to reply. So they did by banning me. The admin made up an excuse as he was going along. Please help me get unbanned or do you think I should even continue to support Gametrailers?

I really liked Gametrailers. Is anyone else in the same boat as this lost person?
