Will Hyrule Warriors Fill The Gap?

''The latest Nintendo Direct played host to perhaps one of the biggest surprises this year: a new Legend of Zelda title. Well, a spin-off, to be precise. Hyrule Warriors (name not final) is a cross project with Dynasty Warriors creators Tecmo Koei. While there was only a brief gameplay clip shown, it’s pretty easy to see what Hyrule Warriors will play like. Button mashing, hordes of enemies that vary in size, and pretty effects are all at the heart of both Dynasty Warriors and Hyrule Warriors–and that’s fine. It’s hard to truly comment on such a brief trailer, but it’s hard to deny that Dynasty Warriors‘ take on the classic Legend of Zelda theme is interesting.''
