King of Video Games- Review: NES Remix (Wii U eShop)

Nintendo has been full of surprises this year. The much delayed (and criminally overlooked) digital release of Earthbound may have been the biggest eShop shocker… until today. Fresh off its Nintendo Direct introduction, NES Remix became available for purchase. What is it? It’s as though someone at Nintendo was playing the excellent Retro Game Challenge on their DS and thought, “Hey we could do this.”
