Strider HD Feels Silky Smooth

Publisher Capcom had a bit of a shallow showing at this year’s New York Comic Con, and while they didn’t have much new to push, they did give fans some hands on time with a highly anticipated HD reboot. Strider was proudly on display and I was able to get some quality time with one of the more quietly enduring characters in Capcom’s storied roster. It’s actually quite impressive how popular Strider is as a character given he’s only had two games on his own, but his many appearances and cameos throughout the years has given him a “less is more” coolness akin to Boba Fett, and developer Double Helix is making sure the game oozes with coolness.
