OXM: "Unrefined presentation doesn’t help Narco Terror’s case — jarring camera transitions are common, along with occasional slowdown and A.I. inaction during combat. And for half of the game, the on-screen life bar simply didn't work. We took bullets, healed, and died frequently, but the meter never budged an inch. Even when functional, however, Narco Terror lacks intrigue or interest, and feels like a lazy take on a well-worn blueprint."
