Somewhere in South America, a country called Wadiya is ruled under the fist of a man named Aladeen; who constantly makes stupid decisions, blatantly racist, and is too ignorant to know any better. The United Nations orders him to report to them of his nuclear dealings, or face air attack. Once there, he is kidnapped, loses his almighty beard, and replaced with an even more ignorant double. To get his birth right back, he must befriend a diverse feminist (Anna Faris) and team up with his former nuclear scientist (Jason Mantzoukas), in order to stop democracy from reaching his country, and oppress his people for longer more!
