The Purge | The Game Effect Review

The finale drags the whole movie down but the journey there is worth it. The script often tells more than it shows, which causes bumps in an otherwise thrilling build up. DeMonaco knows how to set the stage with his fascinating premise, scenes and characters, but with the disappointing climax, the social allegory barely survives at the end.
