99 E3 2013 predictions

GamesRadar – One of the best parts of E3–guessing what we'll see there–happens long before the show starts. This year has us even more riled up, seeing as we're only a few months away from the beginning of a whole new console generation. Er, not counting the Wii U, which technically kicked off the eighth gen already, but still! New consoles! That's exciting!
