In 1986, James Cameron did what everyone at the time considered the impossible: make a successful follow-up to Ridley Scott’s masterpiece Alien. Not only did Cameron prove everyone wrong, he arguably created a sequel that eclipsed the original with iconic characters, memorable dialogue, beautiful set pieces created by Sid mead, and with the help of the late great Stan Winston, introduced us to the Alien queen. Fast forward the clock 27 years to 2013 where Gearbox and Sega try to do what’s considered impossible now: successfully create a great game based on the Aliens film.
