.hack//G.U. Trilogy Announced

Capsule Computers writes: "Hanabee have revealed in a Press Release that they will be releasing the follow-up to .hack//ROOTS and the movie retelling of the .hack//G.U. video games, .hack//G.U. Trilogy. This release will be the first ever movie release from Hanabee over here in Australia.

The story of .hack//G.U. follows the Adept Rogue Haseo as he tried to find the Player Killer responsible for the death of his girlfriend, Atoli. The player-killer, Tri-Edge, seems like a corrupted clone of the character Kite’s data, the hero from the first series of games.
