NHL 13 Review (ITF Gaming)

Bracken Lee-Rudolph from ITF Gaming writes: NHL 13 is the latest iteration in EA Sports' ice hockey franchise and the 22nd in the series. Developed by EA Canada, the "NHL 13" title is slightly misleading, as NHL 13 features not only the North American NHL, but numerous other leagues, from the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) to the Czech Extraliga (ELH), which span across North America and Europe. Also featured are several international sides, although due to a lack of licensing with the IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation), the kits are not the official versions of the featured countries' kits. So with all the variety in terms of teams at the disposal of NHL 13, does it succeed in providing a clear representation of the sport at its core? Or does it come off looking like a glorified figure skating simulator with pucks and sticks? Let's find out!
