Kickstarter — Is Failure an Option for Ouya?

Yesterday, National Public Radio did interviews with several individuals who have benefited from the crowd funding site, Kickstarter, and the patronage of hundreds of thousands of people pledging millions of dollars towards various projects. The most telling of these, and the most worrisome for the gaming community, came from Ouya originator Julie Uhrman and Kickstarter co-founder Yancey Strickler.
