The Expendables 2 Review | GameRedemption
I don’t think there can be anything better than being an Expendable. You have unlimited ammunition, every bullet finds a target while returning fire doesn’t, you get to travel the world, the pay is awesome and you have perks based on your legend. This sequel is directed by Simon West (Con Air) and has much brisker pace and self deprecating attitude than the first. This is a good thing because with Stallone at the reigns of the first, there was this neutered tone to it. It somehow forgot what the point of having all these aging icons together was for; to see crap blow up good and bad guys die bad and hard, very, very hard. The first fifteen minutes of this movie play as some cathartic release for the somewhat disappointing nature of the first as the kill count is somewhere in the vicinity of a small nation.
