Review: Deadlight | Only Single Player
Zombie-themed games keep hitting the market like an ever-growing horde of the undead. Once I manage to finish one, another shambles along to take its place. Deadlight takes its spot amongst the rest as XBox Live’s most recent addition to its Summer of Arcade lineup. As a side-scrolling platformer, it brings to mind previous XBLA hits Shadow Complex and Limbo. Undoubtedly, those titles make for flattering comparisons, but also set a high standard for Deadlight to match. Fortunately, it has a couple tricks up its sleeve that will help set it apart from the crowd.
