MW3 getting a LAN patch update to add “competition mode” for PS3/Xbox360

Modern Warfare 3 online mode has a lot of options and settings to create and setup competition gaming modes. But on LAN system link there has never been the same options/settings to allow for competition modes, now ps3 and xbox 360 will be getting a update to add options for competition mode.
