Last week DualShockers visited Silicon Studio’s headquarters in Tokyo, and had an extensive chat with the Japanese developer’s Software Engineers about their new rendering engine Mizuchi, discovering that it already runs on PS4, and definitely well too.
KeenGamer: "Love comes in all forms. With Mizuchi, the latest visual novel inspired by the Legend of the White Snake, that love doesn't feel quite as resolute. Through a commitment to exploring human behavior from an objective point, this oft-simplified feeling is given more than what general media embellishes."
Silicon Studio has released two new GDC 2017 trailers for the Mizuchi Engine and the Xenko Next Level Game Engine, showcasing what developers can achieve with these new two game engines.
Alright Silicon Studio it's time to show us Bravely Third once you're ready. In the meantime more info on project Octopath Traveler is neeeded.
In the past year or so, you heard about the advanced rendering engine by Bravely Default developer Silicon Studio named “Mizuchi,” but before you have seen it run only in a rather spectacular tech demo.
Turns out that it's already working on PS4 on an actual game.
nice... PS4 gives the feel that is more a mixture of Dreamcast with PS2 ...the support it gets from multiple Japanese devs (known and less known) with their tendency to develop colorful and bright games because its easy to develop nature, shows similarities with both consoles
This engine is truly mindblowing!

3d dot game heroes is underrated. I loved that game.
I'm rocking a 780 Ti in my rig, too. It's incredible that the PS4 is pushing out comparable graphics. What kind of processor did they use in the PC though?
The orange robot reminds me of Wall-E a little
Wow that is rediculously good looking!!
