Armstrong says: " There wasn’t ever a desire to make the game more dark and foreboding, but we certainly wanted to give the game a much stronger visual identity and bring the graphics up to a competitive standard. My feeling is that what we’ve delivered is a very coherent, believable and interesting world with a lot of character and personality that becomes more and more evident as you explore the world. The key, there, is that the world tells much more of a story this time around."
