Cooper, over at Operation Burnout, has pointed out that the news on the Burnout Paradise demo has been updated to say that the online freeburn will be removed from the demo in build up to the release of Paradise.
I wanna cry now... :'(
Buy ther game, simple as.
And I'm definitly doing that.
I'll just wait for the retail version coming in a few more days.
In other words, to make you get the game if you want to carry on playing while having fun.
I guess it makes sense. The demo is really good, so what incentive do people have to buy the retail version if the demo is that good.
Because the proper version will be so much better. The new city areas to explore and all the new challenges and events.
Freeburn in the demo was not very fun. Are you supposed to be able to interact with the other player's cars?
ya but only in the full version the demo waters it down to scores and basic stuff
Cant say this is the racing game Im waiting for Motorstorm is still more fun hopefully gta4 will deliver on the car crushing body wrecking physics I crave...
It makes sense.. they want you to go buy the game.. Cant blame em. I will be picking up 2 copies.
That definitely sucks :P I dont think i ever had so much fun playing a demo (Maybe the old demo for carmageddon: Splat Pack).
This demo just has it all, awesome gameplay, online interaction, and so on. I really want the full game now, because of the demo...
Burnout Paradise: Demo of The Year.
