Grab Battlefield 3 (PS3/Xbox 360) for $19.99 (Reg. $59.99) with free shipping at BestBuy.com!"
The PC version is still $59 -_-
the superior version is still $59 ^_^ fixed
why disagree? its the truth
OMG that made me laugh. I think you've earned a suger cu- I mean bubble :3
Damn I was really hoping I could get the PC version off Origin for that price!!!!
I play BF3 on my PS3 and I know it's true. The PC version is vastly superior.
So what? It's a $60 PC game that they haven't changed the price on. That sucks.
Its EA. EA doesn't care about customers. You can buy Portal 2 for 20$ on Steam.
Cuz EA and portal are SOOOO related...
This deal is freaking awesome, and extremely convineint for me. For the past two days, I've been looking for a deal on this pretty extensively, I even placed a 25 dollar bid on a used copy yesterday, thankfully being outbid by 57 cents. Even asked two of my friends that had it if I could buy it used for 30 bucks, luckily they said no. Wasn't willing to pay full price or more than 40 bucks for it (need the DLC too), so now I wont have to. /coolstorybro
bought a 360 version for myself and three other copies for eBay...gotta love sales
FINALLY! Was scrolling to look for the "Canada Only" comment!
Wow already $$19.99? It must have done worse than expected.
ITS a sale an you know it stfu
It's a sale for a reason. And that is because of excess inventory. EA announced 10 million shipped at launch, and we know now what happens to some of these millions.
I dont like FPS much and Battlefield 3 is one of the titles I enjoyed a lot playing with friends online.
Nah its just an amazing deal on the best fps of the year.
I think your pushing it, BF3 was good but it did not live up anywhere near to the hype that surrounded it.
Well, I wouldn't call it the "best fps of the year.' The mp was fantastic, but that single-player was just such a let-down.
@Major He said it was the best fps of the year not of all time. And he's right MW3 was absolute trash so COD aside what other fps can you think of that tops them both? Planetside 2 and ArmA 3 are slated to come out later this year so I'll hold off giving the crown to BF3 until I check'em both out.
It didn't Major? I think it did.
It's a sale. Commercially, the game has performed great.
So one website running a sale months after the game's release somehow indicates that the game did poorly? You've sure got an interesting scale of success and failure.
mfw PC version still $20 :'(
well name a game that out performs battlefield 3 mp. not talkin about single player. no one buys battlefield for single player. thats just stupid.
There are several, it's all a matter of personal preference and opinion.
There are several yet you failed to list them. lol
Anything I list is subjective so I'll leave it to your creative imagination and experience. And, like I said, people hold games in different lights in line with their own beliefs and preferences.
Casus Belli Crysis mod. You can download the crysis wars trial and then install the mod files from their home page- all for free. Many people, including myself consider that beast of a game to be the true successor to BF2, for MANY reasons.
I looked it up and it does look like Battlefield lol. I'd play it but my laptop won't run Crysis 2 of course. Anyway, the trouble is that I'm hearing not many people play the MOD, so It'd be premature to call it "better" than bf3. If anything the BF2 mods like project reality and forgotten hope 2 still extend the games life and there really isn't any need for a bf2 with better graphics. Bf2 still has a strong community.
Tribes: Ascend and Blacklight: Retribution.
I've got this on PC already, but most friends play on PS3. Toys R Us had it for $30 if you bought another game listed. Now I save $10 and don't have to find someone to split with. Good call best buy.
How about a deal on B2K? Gimme a deal on the maps that are better than most of the original BF3 maps?.
Game is bad, origin is bad
