Mod GTA 3 on Android

To commemorate Grand Theft Auto III‘s 10th Anniversary, Rockstar recently launched GTA 3 for Android and iOS.

While the game is available for both mobile OSs, Android has an extra thing up their sleeves; you actually can mod the Android version as if you are modding for the PC.
