Bethesda's massive title Skyrim has been released. How's it fair? Read our review to find out.
It's a good game. I can't see it as a perfect game though. I have beef with the inventory to be specific. Browsing the inventory is a PAIN compared with Oblivion.
But Skyrim does so much more and better than Oblivion.
10/10 doesn't mean perfect in a reviewing scale, it just means that it's currently the best example of a game in its genre. I agree with this sentiment, I believe Skyrim is the greatest WRPG available right now.
The menus are way better in Skyrim, you crazy.
I said my main issue is with the inventory system. I miss the ability to sort. Right now it's all just in alphabetical order and I can't see the items' stats unless I select it whereas I get a nice overview in Oblivion. Also when you put them in a chest you lose categorization; it all just become a giant list of stuff.
One of the few games that deserve a 10. Should easily be GOTY. Only Batman & Portal 2 will give it some competition.
I have played a lot of games this gen. Very few games I could say deserve a 10. This maybe one of them.
great score for a great game, nice
