New PlayStation Network FAQ Published

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has today launched a new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for customers struggling with their part in the restoration process of the PlayStation Network. In addition to downloading a mandatory update, all registered PlayStation Network members must change their password before gaining access, though some are finding this last task presents more problems than it would at first seem.
