Take-Two, Tor Team Up For BioShock Novel

Notable sci-fi book publisher Tor, current home of the Halo books, will publish a BioShock novel in Fall 2009 that promises to "take you deeper into the realms" of the franchise's story.

The book's announcement comes as a teaser page within the company's late 2009 book catalog, recently provided to Gamasutra. Other than a release date of Fall 2009 and the note that there will be both hardcover and paperback releases of the 400-page book, no more information is given.

Notably, that the book catalog's index lists the author for the page in question as 'Ken Levine' -- but this may simply be because the novel is based on his concepts, rather than his actual writing. (BioShock, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
