The first interior shot you see in the trailer is a cathedral created by the team at 2K Czech. It combines elements from Roman-Catholic churches in Europe and America. I gave Tomas and the art team some reference material on American churches and cathedrals, and they came up with this. We were all blown away when we first saw it, and it only continued to improve as the lighting was finalized.
